Construction of a new approximately 4,278 s.f. single story, slab-ongrade administrative building. The Civil scope includes earthwork, site utilities, and exterior paving. The exterior envelope is comprised of architectural precast concrete wall panels, insulated metal wall panels, aluminum windows, and a standing seam metal roof. Other trades involved include steel roof joists, sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and technology, as well as interior wall framing and architectural finishes. Remove existing granular surface to limits shown and provide parking lot, striping, and paving to limits shown. Any construction contractor performing work in Iowa (including out-of-state contractors) must comply with Chapter 91C of Iowa Code This project is exempt from Iowa Sales Tax. If such funding is not received within the sixty (60) day bid guarantee after the date of receiving bids, all rights and obligations under this agreement are considered null and void.
