Notice is hereby given that the Board of Stephens County Commissioners will accept bids for the Upgrading of the Audio/Visual System for Two Courtrooms for the Stephens County Courthouse, located at 101 S 11th St. Duncan, OK 73533. Successful vendor will furnish all labor, materials and supplies. Please include in your bid a beginning date, and completion date, upon award of bid, as this may be a factor in award of bid. Must have Worker's Compensation on applicable employees, and must provide verification of same. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond equal to 5% of the bid made payable to the County Clerk of Stephens County, Oklahoma, as a proposal guaranty. Checks for unsuccessful bidders shall be returned after bid opening. Bids will be opened on Monday the 19th day of June, 2023, at 9:45 a.m. in the County Commissioners' Office during the Board's regularly scheduled meeting. Bids shall be presented and/or filed up to that time in the Stephens County Clerks' Office, both offices being in the Stephens County Courthouse, 101 S 11th, Duncan, Oklahoma. All bids received after that time will be rejected. All bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked BID on the outside. The Board of County Commissioners will review all bids submitted and select the bid that best meets or exceeds the required minimum specifications. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids that are not satisfactory. Upon award of bid, successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond.
