Construction of a four lane concrete roadway, including sidewalk and class II bike lanes, between Washington Boulevard and Foothills Boulevard. 2. Construction of a new bridge over Industrial Avenue and Union Pacific railroad tracks. 3. Construction of a multi-use path and a connection between Roseville Parkway and Industrial Avenue. 4. Signal modifications at Foothills Boulevard/Roseville Parkway and Washington Boulevard/Roseville Parkway The work includes improvements including: clearing and grubbing, excavation, curb, gutter and sidewalk, retaining wall, grading, bridge construction, abutment construction, slope protection, roadway and sidewalk construction, utilities including sewer, storm drain, electrical, fiber optic, striping, and other minor improvements.
