POLY-FIBER CRACK FILLING & LEVELING This is a per pound bid item to include all labor and equipment to sign work zones, thoroughly clean & dry existing pavement cracks with a 2,000 F compressed air lance and seal all non-hairline cracks & re-seal all previously sealed open cracks using Wisconsin DOT spec CRAFCO poly-fiber sealant. Sealing shall be by the overband method and sealant struck level with the crack. CRACK LEVELING shall be performed on all transverse cracks with adjacent pavement sunken below the grade of the pavement within 1' on each side of the crack. These "Thumper" cracks shall be leveled by building up the sunken area with layers of poly-fiber sealant and fractured granite chips to a width and depth necessary to reduce the "thump" to a negligible amount. Village of Trempealeau reserves the right to refuse or reject any or all bids received.ll
