This project is generally described as an irrigation canal piping project in which approximately 8,500 LF of 63-inch HDPE irrigation pipe will be installed. The project will also include two recharge ponds and service takeouts for irrigation and recharge water delivery. The pipeline will be constructed with trench excavation. The project includes pipeline trench excavation and backfill, excavation and grading of two (2) recharge ponds, bore and jacking for a road, road cutting and trenching a road, trench shoring, installation of fittings and valves, construction of five service takeouts, and construction of inlet and outlet structures for the pipeline. The owner will supply the pipe materials, fittings, and gates. Other work items include traffic control, road surface repair, fencing, grading, and other related site work as described in the Contract. The last day to submit questions on the Bid Package will be Friday, July 7th, 2023 by 5:00 PM. A final addendum will be provided no later than Wednesday, July 12th, 2023 by 5:00 PM. The Work will be substantially completed on or before December 31st, 2023, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before April 20th, 2024. Enterprize Canal Company reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive, any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the Enterprize Canal Company.
