The Kentucky Finance and Administration Cabinet is required under the law to maintain a list of states that require preference, including the details of the preference given to the bidder. The work to be bid upon is generally described as follows: 9160 SF. Pre-Engineered Steel Building Tenant Buildout Complete furnished building package including all plumbing, electrical and HVAC for Fire and EMS Station Completing civil site plans for project as shown on HMB Professional Engineers Inc., Project 4129-043 Coordinate with pre-engineered steel building manufacturer installation
