Summary of the project and the work to be carried out: In the main entrance, replacement of stone coverings on the floor, waterproofing of the canopy and exterior doors; inside (ground floor and SS), vis-à-vis the main entrance, reconstruct the structural slabs, replace the interior cladding of the entrance hall and stairs and rebuild the gate (doors on the inside side of the hall); decommission and provide access to the crawl space; Install a lifting platform in the lobby to allow barrier-free access. Schedule of work: The Contractor undertakes to take all necessary measures to meet the schedule scheduled to begin work on or about 2023-08-14 allowing the issuance of the Certificate of Final Acceptance no later than: 2024-05-31 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
