SCOPE OF SERVICES A. The Contractor shall receive by delivery from TOHO staff, wet sand and grit for disposal from a sewer cleaning truck or disposal truck. B. The Contractor shall mix the remaining decanted solids with wood chips to further absorb excess liquid and to mask any odors. C. The Contractor shall dispose of the mixed material (decanted solids and wood chips) at a Class 1 approved landfill. 1.2 DELIVERY SITE LOCATION The delivery site must be located within a 60-mile radius of the TOHO’s headquarters at 951 Martin Luther King Boulevard, Kissimmee, Florida 34741. The limits will be statutory for Worker’s Compensation and $1,000,000.00 for Employer’s Liability. Comprehensive General Liability: The Successful bidder will provide for all operations including, but not limited to Contractual and Products Completed Operations. The limits will not be less than $1,000,000.00. Umbrella Liability: The Successful bidder will provide an umbrella in excess to the coverage in paragraphs B and C of not less than $1,000,000.00 TOHO reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to accept all or any part of any bid as they may deem to be its best interest.
