Infrastructure Package New Main Library, the flagship of Charlotte Mecklenburg Library's system, is approximately 110,000 SQFT in Uptown Charlotte, and includes spaces for print and digital collections, meeting rooms, study spaces, program and event gatherings, a cafe, and a digital experiences room. New Main Library will connect to the adjacent existing Spirit Square which includes renovation of the McGlohon Theater and Duke Energy Theater. Rodgers Leeper will accept Trade Contractor prequalification applications for the subject project for the following bid packages . Bid packages include: 03A Complete Concrete Sub and Superstructures, 07A Roofing and Accessories, 07E Exterior Metal Panel Systems, 18A.1 General Works, 21A Fire Protection, 22A Plumbing Systems, 23A HVAC Systems, 26A Electrical, 31A Complete Sitework, 31C Deep Foundation Systems Subcontractors should contact Rodgers directly **Send completed prequalification applications to William Satterfield at wsatterfield@rodgersbuilders.com ; originals are not needed.
