The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a firm fixed price contract with one qualified source to perform removal, disposal and replacement of 10 gas package units and 1 A/C only unit, in accordance with the specifications and conditions stated herein. Furnish and install all materials and equipment pertaining to the units. This includes items of a minor nature necessary to complete the installation for a fully functional system. Provide labor and materials removal, disposal and replacement of 10 new gas package units, and 1 new A/C unit as specified and described in the following document. The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders and (3) to reject for good cause any or all Bids that are not in the best interest of the district (4) to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive as an informality any immaterial irregularities, and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever its is deemed in the sole opinion of Medford School District to be in its best interest Question Deadline 06/15/2023 at 2:00 PM PT 3 Elementary School located at 286 Mace Road (Howard) , 2860 N. Keene Way (Kennedy) & 2323 Siskiyou Blvd. (Hoover), Medford, OR 97501. Please meet in front of the office at Howard Elementary School. Questions, interpretations or clarifications of this ITB must be requested in writing. All questions should be directed to Ayden Moore, Purchasing Coordinator at Ayden.Moore@medford.K12.or.us. Oral instructions or information concerning the ITB given out by District employees or agents to prospective Respondents shall not bind the District.
