The State reserves the right to schedule additional mandatory meetings. No bid shall be accepted from any Bidder failing to attend any mandatory meeting(s). A bidder receiving a contract award may retain the bidding documents and the bidder's deposit will be refunded. Prime bidders requiring additional sets and sub-bidders may purchase bidding documents.
