As of July 31, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Project consists of replacing approximately 280' of sanitary sewer line in the City of Croswell near the Black River Rd Pump Station South of State Street. Project also includes the removal of existing pump and controls, and HMA removal and repaving along with other appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be based on a unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference for the project will not be held. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond by a recognized surety in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Bidder's maximum Bid price in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The City of Croswell reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Croswell.
