Tear Out and Replacement of the Current Walk-In Cooler and Freeze SCOPE OF WORK TO BE QUOTED: 1. Remove current structures, compressors, lines and accessories, components for both units; 2. Replace with same size and efficiency or better than units removed and all associated components; and 3. Start up and test of all equipment and units. County of Cortland reserves the right to reject and or waive any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities in procedure. By the Order of the Cortland County Legislature.. Cortland County is seeking proposals for complete tear-out, disposal, and replacement of both the walk in cooler and freezer and all operating components located in the Cortland County Correctional facility kitchen. This is a prevailing wage contract. Site visit mandatory.
