The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. You are invited to submit a bid in response to our Invitation for Bid (IFB) W91364-23-B-0006, Culvert Removal & Replacement, Project Number 3923013 at Camp James A. Garfield Joint Military Training Center in Ravenna, Ohio. As a result of this solicitation, The Ohio Army National Guard intends to award a single firm fixed-price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the IFB, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price. Offers shall be valid for 90 calendar days in accordance with SF 1442, W91364-23-B-0006 block 13. Offers are due on the date and time specified in block 13. The Base CLIN for this project consists of twenty-nine culvert removal / replacement and related earthwork with eight alternate CLINs. Option 1: Four additional culvert removal / replacement and related earthwork; Option 2: One additional culvert removal / replacement and related earthwork. The contract duration will be 365 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list.
