Remove all redundant or abandoned electrical equipment, devices, wiring, cabling, raceways, wireways, and luminaires in those portions of the existing building or site that are being demolished. This shall include all wiring and conduit associated to the electrical equipment being demolished and are outside the area of demolition/building footprint. The Electrical Division shall take note that the demolition will be done in an occupied site that is normally occupied during the day. Maintain electrical, communication, and life safety systems in the Annex space (Modular), Hartman, and Children's Speech and Hearing Centre Buildings until the new services to these buildings are activated. New temporary service designs and construction are by the Owner. Coordinate with the Owner on re-servicing date. Ensure the temporary services to the three buildings are maintained in safe and operational condition throughout demolition.
