Florida Gulf Coast University Board of Trustees, a public body corporate of the State of Florida, , seeks Replies from qualified Respondents to enter into and provide maintenance, repair, replacement and installation services for automatic entrance doors, interior swing doors, fire and smoke doors, and sliding door hardware through this ITN. Contractor shall provide all transportation, labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary for the maintenance, repair, replacement and installation of automatic entrance door systems, interior automatic swing door systems, sliding door systems, and fire and smoke door systems on all University facilities. Normal work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Certain activities may be required outside the working hours and shall be coordinated with the Building Manager (See Section 4.2). University reserves the right to add or subtract properties during the contract term as required. Notice of such action shall be given to the Contractor in writing thirty (30) days in advance. The Contractor shall perform all work in a first-class professional manner in accordance with the plans, specifications, and recommendations of the equipment and material manufacturers, governing codes, and instructions by University.
