The awarded amount is $102.77 per ton** All questions pertaining to this Request for Paving Bids shall be submitted in writing to Brandon Gulnick, Town Manager at the Weathersfield Town Office located at 5259 US Route 5, Ascutney, Vermont 05030 or e-mailed to townmanager@weathersfield.org The question period ends at 4:00PM, June 16, 2023. Questions received after this date and time will not be answered. This project is to shim all depths greater than 1/2 " than pave .31 miles of the project area with 1/2 " inch mix, 1.5"-inches depth (Sunset Boulevard, and Cherry Lane), and .11 miles of project area with 1/2 " inch mix, 2.0" inches depth (Thrasher Road) of Type III 75 Blow Marshall Bituminous Concrete Pavement Apply emulsion before paving. Pave driveway and side road aprons to 2' length. Cold planning beginning and end project tapers (10' length from butt joint), cold planning paved side road aprons. Backup drives, and mailbox pullouts with shoulder gravel (NOTE: include separate line for shoulder work.) Provide traffic control. Sunset Boulevard & Cherry Lane are full length paving projects and roads are connected; Thrasher Road is a 600' "patch/ repair."
