Location Clinton, Centre, Potter, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania The Contract involves the relocating the raw water screen basket to the water treatment plant and install a weir and measurement device at the Phillips Run Impoundment. Bid security must be provided at the time of bid submission in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price made payable to Millheim Borough in the form of a certified or bank check or a bid bond issued by an accepted surety and executed by the bidder. The Performance and Payment Bonds shall be in the amount of 100% of the liability of the Contract.
