Project Description: In-kind replacement of AHU in and adjacent to the B and Room mezzanine at the High School. Work includes demolition of existing equipment and installation of new equipment and associated piping and accessories. AHU is pre-purchased by owner. Coordinate with construction documents. Construction Manager will provide responses at Pre-bid conference to bidders questions and will publish via addenda. Each bid must be accompanied, in a separate envelope, by a bid bond for 5%of the bid amount or with a certified check or cashier's check. Performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount will also be required, guaranteeing faithful performance of the Contractor. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the opening of bids The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
