The Owner will accept bids from qualified contractors for the construction and installation of the community sewage lift station standby generators on the Fort Berthold Reservation, Dunn, McKenzie, McLean, and Mercer Counties, North Dakota. The scope of the work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for the construction of the following: nine (9) standby generators and concrete pads, thirteen (13) liquid propane tanks and concrete pads, nine (9) automatic transfer switches, nine (9) instances of electrical services, 84 linear feet of chain link fence removal, 109 linear feet of chain link installation, five (5) 12' wide double swing gates, 247 linear feet of landscape edging, concrete driving pads, gravel access roads, site work and all other incidentals to complete the work as specified at nine (9) lift station locations on the Fort Berthold Reservation. The contract price will not be increased without prior authorization from the Owner via the change order process. Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this work. Failure to visit the Site and obtain a general feeling for the location of the described work will not relieve the Contractor from the requirement to furnish all materials and perform all jobs necessary to complete the Work in strict compliance with the Contract Documents. Any questions regarding the above should be directed to the TERO Office (Attn: Dewey Hosie -Deputy Director at (701) 627-3634 (phone) and (701) 627-4496 (fax). All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
