The Board of Commissioners of Glynn County, Georgia ("the Owner") seeks proposals from interested qualified Engineering firms to provide engineering services for design of roadway improvements along Old Jesup Road from Scranton Road to Glynndale Drive in Brunswick, GA. The selected firm is to develop and evaluate alternatives for widening, piping roadside ditches, and constructing curb and gutter with sidewalk along Old Jesup Road. The selected firm will provide a recommended design for the most effective use of funding to County staff. Once the preferred alternative is approved by the County, the engineering firm will advance the design and provide a final construction bid package including plans, details, calculations, special provisions, and a final engineer's estimate. The specific services requested are outlined in detail in the scope of services within this request for proposal.
