The work to be performed under this contract consists of construction of a Storm Water Basin and various improvements in the Wedo Park located north of Shelby Drive in Brook Park, Ohio. The Contractor shall include the specification booklet along with any addenda, in their entirety and original form, with his/her bid. All bidding documents must be obtained from the offices of Euthenics, Inc., duplications of the Bid Form and Contract Documents will be considered unacceptable. Each bid must be made upon the Bid Form provided in the contract documents and must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 100% of the amount bid or a certified or cashier's check or letter of credit drawn on a solvent bank in the State of Ohio in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount bid as a guarantee that if said bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and a Surety Bond satisfactory to said City in an amount equal to 100% of the total bid will be furnished. Checks shall be made payable to the City of Brook Park, Ohio. Bids will be opened and read at the time and place stated above. Those who have submitted proposals or their representatives are invited to attend. The regulations of the State of Ohio relative to the procurement of labor, wage rates and hours of employment shall apply. The right is reserved to accept any bidder, to reject any or all bids or parts of any bids and to waive informalities should it be deemed to be for the best interests of the City of Brook Park to do so. Each sealed bid must be marked: Bid for the Wedo Park Storm Water Basin Project, Contract 202211.
