The scope of work includes but is not limited to: site mobilization, demolition and removals, site preparation, agricultural drain tile repair, earthwork, concrete pavement, recreation field and seeding, waterless restroom, prefabricated shade structures, prefabricated pedestrian bridges, site furnishings, native prairie and grassland seeding and maintenance, alternate dog park with fences-gates-walkwaytrees-turf- seeding, alternate playground with equipment-surface-concrete wall and walkways, alternate concrete pad for future maintenance structure, alternate year of vegetative maintenance, and all other appurtenant work and materials necessary to complete the project within the outline Park phase limits as set forth in the bid documents. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified or cashiers, or a bank draft in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the bid, payable without condition to the City of Elgin, Illinois, Performance and Payment bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price as security for the faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the contract.
