This solicitation, WSLP-104, is being issued as Invitation for Bid (IFB) and resulting in the award of a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract. This is a Small Business Set Aside Procurement. The work consists of clearing and grubbing, excavation, embankment construction, installation of vertical wick and horizontal strip drains, placement of geotextile, concrete work, construction of a T-wall at pipeline corridor, ramp and culvert installations, turf establishment and other incidental work.
