The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 dated 10 June 2021. This solicitation is available for full and open competition. This acquisition will be for the procurement of concrete pavement, sidewalk, and slab repair at the Clock Tower Annex, Building 217, on the Rock Island Arsenal. The project scope of work includes the following: mobilization and demobilization; demolition of concrete pavement, sidewalk, and bike rack slab; stripping and excavation; compaction of subgrade; placement and compaction of aggregate base; installation of reinforcement; placement of concrete for pavement, sidewalk, and bike rack slab; placement of topsoil and mulch; seeding; turf establishment; and site restoration. See Scope of Work for exact specifications. Period of Performance / Delivery is as follows: The contract work shall be completed within Ninety (90) calendar day from Notice to Proceed. The basis for award will be lowest price once contractor is found technically acceptable and will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract.
