CAHA 158701 Cape Hatteras Lighthouse Road Trail; The work of this contract is for the construction of paved multi-use trail, including earthwork and site preparation, removal of existing vegetation, new traffic signage and striping, and new landscaping at Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Project Location: Cape Hatteras National Seashore, Dare County, North Carolina Cape Hatteras National Seashore, CAHA 158701, Lighthouse Trail a) This acquisition is being conducted via Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code and the associated small business size standard are noted in clause 52.204-8 in section "K" of this solicitation. b) Estimated Price Range: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 c) Refer to section "L" for information regarding a pre-proposal site visit. d) Information and requirements stated in sections "B" through "J" & attachments noted in section "J" apply to this solicitation and the subsequent contract. e) Refer to section "L" for proposal submittal requirements. f) Offerors shall submit proposals and questions, and acknowledge solicitation amendments as stated in section "L" of this solicitation Pre-proposal questions shall be submitted a minimum of 7 days prior to the due date and time for proposals.
