Reference number : 1725148 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-05-30 OMH de Montréal is inviting tenders for repair work on the envelope and balconies at Habitations Villeray B located at 6743, rue Marquette in the Borough of Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie, Montreal. The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes the following: Structure : The steel structure of the balconies and exterior stairs; Foundations for exterior balconies and stairs; Repair of existing foundation walls. Civil: Excavation and backfill required for the work. Architecture : Fungal decontamination at existing openings; Replacement of doors and windows; The repair of the roof covering and the additional insulation on the roof; The repair of exterior brick facings; The new exterior metal siding; The new marquee at the main entrance; The new stairs, balconies and exterior railings; Restoration of exterior landscaping. Electromechanical: Replacement of exterior shutters; Replacement of exterior watering taps; The new disconnector at the electrical entrance; Replacement of the intercoms at the main entrance; Replacement of exterior light fixtures. The work will be carried out in a three (3) storey building comprising three (3) one-bedroom units and three (3) two (2)-bedroom units, intended for families and people living alone. The frame of the building is in wood structure and the exterior claddings are in brick. During the works, the apartments will be occupied. Works duration According to current planning, work is expected to begin in July 2023 , but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. The work shall be performed within a maximum of 185 working days from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of commitment.
