Reference number : 1723606 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-05-31 The Société québécoise des infrastructures (hereinafter the "Société") is issuing a public call for tenders for construction work for the demolition, expansion and reconstruction of an elevator shaft in the Camille-Roy pavilion in the Quebec seminary. The scope of work includes, in particular, the installation of temporary partitions with fire resistance around the work areas on each floor, the architectural and mechanical demolition of the partitions in front of the existing elevator, the structural work and structural demolition necessary for the enlargement of the shaft on each floor, the demolition and reconstruction of a slab on the bridging, the demolition and reconstruction of part of the base of the elevator shaft as well as 2 pumping manholes, the displacement of electromechanical conduits at level 600 and the work requiring this trip as a predecessor, to be carried out during the break in activities of the promotion room described in the schedule attached to the call for tenders.
