Construction, East County Stormwater Culvert Replace & Repair - WORCS (Work Order) The COUNTY also reserves the right to require testing above and beyond the FDOT specified LOT testing in situations when the testing of LOT quantities will not provide a reasonable assurance of the quality of the work. This additional testing by the CONTRACTOR will be at no additional cost to the COUNTY. In the event that a road closure is requested by the CONTRACTOR for COUNTY consideration, the CONTRACTOR shall be required to submit a site-specific traffic control plan in a CADD drawing(s) that has been signed and sealed by a licensed Florida Professional Engineer. The CONTRACTOR shall adhere to FDOT Specifications Section 102-4 when preparing for a road closure request. The plan shall detail all the necessary signage, temporary striping, temporary lighting signal adjustment(s) and equipment for this alternative traffic control plan for permit approval. Payment for this shall be included in the cost for the Maintenance of Traffic pay item and no other compensation shall be provided. The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners is seeking competitive bids from experienced and qualified suppliers with a proven and documented track record of construction repairs, rehabilitation, and renovations of stormwater projects, such as installation of cross drains, side drains, manhole and inlets, stormwater junction boxes and piping to outfall and/or end treatment that may encounter groundwater during the installation within project limits.
