Work includes the demolition, removal, and installation of Division 4 Masonry, Division 7 Thermal and Moisture Protection, Division 9 Finishes, and Division 12 Furnishings as indicated on the Drawings, and as further detailed in the Project Description of this bid. The successful contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in the specifications. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of not less than five per centum (5%) of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided for in the Information for Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of not less than 100% of the total amount of the accepted bid.
