The City is looking to partner with a Contractor that is interested, qualified, and capable to act as the general contractor to engage in the construction of multiple park improvement projects concurrently at various locations in Kitchener. Idlewood Park, 5 Thaler Ave., Kitchener, Ontario Kinzie Park*, 50 Thaler Ave., Kitchener, Ontario (*formerly 300 Kinzie Ave.) Oaten Park, 155 Rutherford Dr., Kitchener, Ontario The successful contractor will be required to sign a CCDC 2 - 2020 agreement with the City's Supplementary General Conditions at time of award.
