The Work is located at the West Ash Pump Station 1915 West Ash St., Columbia, MO 654203. B. The Work to be performed under this Contract includes constructing the Work broadly described below, in accordance with the Contract Documents, with all related appurtenances. Work shown on the Drawings, or indicated in the Specifications, or indicated elsewhere in the Contract Documents is part of the Work, regardless of whether indicated below. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Replacement of existing 2,400 V electrical equipment with 480 V equipment. 2. Addition of emergency stand-by generator and automatic transfer switch. 3. New motors and variable frequency drives for the existing pumps. 4. Replace the motor control center and panel boards. 5. Convert existing chlorine feed and storage rooms to new electrical room. 6. Process pipe and valve modifications in the pump discharge piping. 7. Installation of new process pipe, meter, and valve in existing north discharge pipeline meter vault. 8. Construction of new pump station meter vault in the south discharge pipeline. 9. Painting/coating. 10. Instrumentation improvements. 11. Replacement of existing lighting fixtures with high-efficient LEDs. 12. HVAC improvements including demolition of existing boiler. 13. Architectural and structural improvements, including roof replacement.
