The general character of the work for this Project includes supplying all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the following major work items involving the TAP potable water system in the cities of Talent, Ashland and Phoenix, Oregon: . Acquisition of permits and issuance of all required notifications . Modifications to existing piping . Procurement and installation of new pumps, motors and VFD's .
