The project generally consists of 2 765,000 gallon bolted stainless steel sludge holding tanks each with coarse bubble diffuser grid and big bubble mixing system(s); 2 positive displacement blowers; sludge loading pump station; installation of 2 floating aerators (provided by Owner), demolition of existing sludge drying beds; and associated work tasks for a complete and proper installation. Bidders must deposit security with all bids. Security shall be in the form of a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Owner and shall be for an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Provisions of the security shall be as described in the Information for Bidders. Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder. The owner reserves the rights to waive any irregularities or to reject any or all bids .bids may be held by the owner for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the opening of bids
