The project is for maintenance dredging in Duluth Harbor. Mobilize to the Duluth-Superior Harbor. Dredge between the upstream and downstream limits indicated on the contract drawings. Place all dredged material at the Erie Pier CDF as specified. If options are awarded, dredge and place the additional quantities indicated by the bid schedule. Clean-up work sites and demobilize from the harbor and CDF when work is complete. Dredging must be completed during the 2023 field season FY23 Duluth Superior Harbor Maintenance Dredging 1. This invitation for bid is for full and open competition. In accordance w ith Federal Acquistion Regulation 19.1307, this project requires the HUBZone 10% price evaluation. 2. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990, Dredging, w hich has a small business size standard of $45 million for Dredging. 3. The disclosure of magnitude of the proposed estimated price is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. 4. Bid or bid modification received by facsimile (Fax) or electronic mail (e-mail) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 5. Bid Guarantee is required. Bid Bonds must be originals; photocopies w ill not be accepted. 6. Block 11 contains full information f or commencement and completions of the contract; as indicated in FAR 52.211-10 Alt 1. The Contractor shall NOT make changes to this clause or Block 11. 7. Central Contractor Registration and ORCA now available through the System for Aw ard Management (SAM), available at w w w .sam.gov. Bidders must comply w ith requirements of FAR 52.204-7, 52.204-8, 52.232-33, and any other CCR/ORCA requirements in this solicitation through SAM. Registration is required as a condition of submitting any bid. NOTE: SAM is free of charge for both registrants and users
