CONTRACT #1 - Water Line Extensions (Phase I &II): Unit price contract to provide and install 46,020 LF 6-inch waterline; 3,260 LF of 4-inch waterline; 11,985 LF 3-inch PVC waterline; 10,455 LF 2-inch waterline; 940 LF of directional drills; 460 LF of highway bores; 713 LF of highway open cuts; 715 LF of stream crossings; 50 gate valves; 6 fire hydrants; 21 Air Release Assemblies; 12 Flushout Assemblies; 1 35 GPM booster station; and other work required to provide the complete system improvements project. Engineer Estimate: Contract 1 - $3,365,000 Engineer Estimate: Contract 2 - $285,000 CONTRACT #2 - Water Storage Tank: Lump sum contract to construct one (1) water storage tank measuring 20 feet in diameter by 21 feet in height to the overflow with a nominal volume of 50,000 gallons. Contract also includes access road and appurtenances to make a complete operating system. A five percent (%5) Bid Bond or certified cashier's check must accompany all bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
