GSA is issuing a sources sought for the following renovation project at 536 S Clark Street, Chicago, IL 60605 to determine the interest, availability, and capability of Small, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, 8(a), HUBZone, and Woman Owned Small Business concerns found as a result of a Dynamic Small Business Search. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This project is for an interior renovation of the 8th floor of the DEA space. Work includes removal of the ceiling and framing, demolition, and environmental remediation, finishes and MEP equipment. Work also includes provision of a security system, including camera (device) installation and card reader installation. It is anticipated the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted to Contract Opportunities on SAM.gov (formerly fbo.gov) in May/June. The awardee will be required to undergo the security clearance process. The full extent of the work will be described in the solicitation when it's posted.
