Golden Manor Home for the Aged is an existing 177 bed Long-Term Care (LTC) Facility, owned and operated by the City of Timmins located at 481 Melrose Boulevard in Timmins, Ontario. The City of Timmins is developing a new Long-Term Care Home at 481 Melrose Boulevard, Timmins, Ontario; consisting of 192 beds. Detailed design and construction documents are currently being completed by the City's Project Team. EllisDon Corporation has been retained by the City of Timmins to provide Construction Management Services for this long-term care project in Timmins, Ontario. The purpose of this invited prequalification is to qualify companies, products or services as suitable to the client for this particular project. This prequalification should not be confused with requests for proposals or bid calls for which the prequalification is carried out.
