Base Bid: Full removal of existing paved surfaces at the 440-yard, 6-lane track, the long/triple jump, pole vault, and high jump runways, and at the garage/outbuilding; full-depth reconstruction of the high jump runway, including aggregate and bituminous pavement; bituminous paving of all other track and runway surfaces; surfacing the track and runways with 3/8" black polyresin system, including line painting; installation of stone bermed level lip spreader and associated grading; removal of concrete foundation/slabs at two existing buildings adjacent to the track; removal of existing overhead wiring/lighting and replacement with underground conduit and lighting on existing poles as well as panel upgrades. Alternate #1: Removal of some existing poles/proposed lighting and replacement with MUSCO poles and lighting system, including power panel. (Portions of the base bid lighting and conduit to remain.) Alternate #2: Delete 3/8" black polyresin surfacing system, including line painting, and replace with 1/2 " color polyresin surfacing system, including line painting."
