The purpose of this project is to provide a renovation, new construction, equipment replacements, and utility modifications to address deficiencies at the New Mexico VA Campus Building 43 (Central Utility Plant) related to mechanical, plumbing, accessibility, electrical, life safety, structure, and cooling. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, training, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to accomplish the work. The work includes, but is not limited to general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary demolition and removal of existing structures and certain other items necessary for completion.
