Contract Award Date: Jul 29, 2023 Contract Award Number: 12405B23C0012 Task/Delivery Order Number: Contractor Awarded Unique Entity ID: Contractor Awarded Name: UTILITY CONTRUCTION SERVICES, LLC Contractor Awarded Address: Greenwood, MS 38930 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $185,800.00 The work includes but is not limited to: The contractor shall provide all designs, materials, labor, and equipment to: Install new freestanding steel shed extension on existing cotton gin. Contractor shall provide a MS stamped and sealed design, install footings, structural steel, sway bracing, roofing, and skirt walls per approved design. Contractor will re-locate 1/2 diameter existing lightening protection ground cable (Cad weld), relocate existing gutter and to include (3) existing downspouts and splash pads, and re-locate (1) security light. Conceptual Drawing shown below. Contractor is responsible for submitting Detailed Engineering Stamped Shop Drawings for the Canopy for approval by USDA EPM. This project is on the East Side of Bldg. #21 at USDA Cotton Ginning Laboratory, located at 111 ExperimentStation Road, Stoneville, MS. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings and sow/specifications contained in this document. NOTE: The above general outline of principal features of the work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor and materials required by the plans and specifications. Davis Bacon Wage Determination will apply. SIZE OF PROJECT: In accordance with FAR 36-204, the estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. SET ASIDE: This procurement is being set aside for Small Business. NAICS CODE: 236220
