Alexander Orr Water Treatment Plant West High Service Pump Room Electrical Upgrades. Scope of Work The project consists of but is not limited to, furnishing materials, labor, and equipment necessary for upgrading the existing electrical equipment within the West High Service Pump Station at the Alexander Orr, Jr. Water Treatment Plant (AOWTP). The upgrades include replacement of the existing high-service pump motors, installation of a standalone prefabricated electrical building, and associated site, electrical, process, mechanical, and structural improvements. The purpose of these upgrades will be to provide greater electrical reliability to pump operations and increase the level of automation of the facility A Virtual Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled to be conducted via MICROSOFT TEAMS. Bidders are encouraged to download and install MICROSOFT TEAMS on their mobile device or laptop that has a camera prior to the meeting date. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
