The contract also includes reconstruction of SR 1002 (Tilghman Street), utility installations, drainage modifications, signing and pavement markings, and the construction of the Turnpike median/shoulder. The proposal and plans are published electronically in EBS and are available to registered business partners for downloading and printing. An electronic bid bond, from an approved vendor, with corporate surety, in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security.
