This Project Specific Request for Proposal (RFP) for Construction Management Services is open to all interested firms to provide comprehensive construction management services throughout preconstruction, construction, and post construction phases. Participation in the first round of RFQ/RFP is not a prerequisite to submit an RFP response in this round. This round is open to all qualified firms. Questions must be in writing and directed to Chris Parsons at parsonsc5@michigan.gov All inquiries must be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. EASTERN time on 06/08/23. Questions will be responded to in writing and posted via addenda. Include a signed Acknowledgement of any Addenda as part of your proposal response Construction may start at any time after construction documents have been completed but it is anticipated that the earliest start would be early of 2024. Funds are to be encumbered by the State by 12/31/24 and fully expended by 12/31/26. To meet the encumbrance deadline of 12/31/24 the funds will need to be part of an executed CM Contract and may be part of a contingency allowance amount. Potential construction start dates are shown on the Attachment C - Project List. These dates are flexible, and it is anticipated that construction will take place thru 2025 and likely into 2026.
