Garco Construction and Spokane Public Schools reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities on bids received. Contract Documents can be reviewed on or after MAY 11, 2023 at the following locations: Spokane Regional Plan Center, 209 N Havana St, Spokane, WA 99202; Garco Construction, 4114 E Broadway Ave, Spokane, WA 99202; Contract Documents can be reviewed ONLINE on or after MAY 11, 2023 unsuccessful bidders can recover their deposits by returning the documents to Abadan.
