A certified check or cashiers check payable to the Village of Endicott or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. The Successful Bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount at least equal to the Contract Amount as security for the faithful performance and payment of all Contractors obligations under the Contract Documents. The Village of Endicott reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all Bids. Contract term: 12 months Technical questions shall be directed no later than 5 working days prior to bid opening to: Delta Engineers, Architects, Land Surveyors & Landscape Architects, DPC Christopher J. Maby, Director of Transportation / Civil Engineering Services, cmaby@delta-eas.com Administrative questions shall be directed to: Anthony Bates, Village Manager, abates@endicottny.com Time of Completion - the successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed, with an anticipated start work date of April 15, 2024, and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. A defined work schedule will be coordinated with the successful bidder, with a final completion date of November 14, 2024.
