As of August 1, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Vigo County School Corporation, Terre Haute, Indiana will receive sealed bids for Soccer Field Lights for North Vigo High ScLights for North Vigo High School and South Vigo High School. Bids shall conform fully to specifications posted on the website of the Vigo County School Corporation. The non-collusion affidavit must be signed and executed. No exceptions will be allowed. Bidders must submit with their bid a certified check, cashiers check or money order, made payable to Vigo County School Corporation, and issued by a financial institution which is a member of the Federal Reserve System, or a bid bond executed by the Bidder and a Surety Company. The amount of such check or bid bond shall be equal to 5% of the total bid amount. Board of School Trustees reserves the right: 1. To accept any bid within 60 days after the time of opening during which time no bid shall be withdrawn. 2. To reject any and all bids. 3.The Board reserves the right to waive any informalities which may occur in the bidding. Vigo County School Corporation anticipates the notification of the responsible and responsive respondent and awarding the bid at the Board meeting set for June 26, 2023.
