This solicitation is a Sealed Bid. This is an electronic Invitation for Bid (IFB)for construction work at Theodore Roosevelt National Park. The resulting contract to be firm fixed price. The work consists of replacement of asphalt at North Unit Riverbend Scenic Overlook. The contractor shall provide all tools, materials, labor, supervision and other items necessary to complete the entire project as specified. Approximately 7.8 miles from the park entrance station at the intersection of Scenic Drive and Highway 85. MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: Between $250,000 and $500,000. BONDS: A bid guarantee is required 20%. Bid bond is required to be submitted on a Standard Form 24. Performance and Payment bonds/protection in the amount of 100% of final contract award amount. Scanned copy of your official bid bond must reflect identifiable seal, if required and Power of Attorney seal. If seal is not identifiable, on the Bid Bond (if required) and/or Power of Attorney, bid will be determined non-responsive and will be rejected. Approximately 7.8 miles from the park entrance station at the intersection of Scenic Drive and Highway 85.
