**As of August 03,2023, project was awarded to Green Rhino Builders of Dallas, awarded amount is $ $24,500.00.** Clarification Deadline: 6/27/2023 4:00 PM The Commissioners have the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Work will include removal and replacement of vinyl siding on two sides of the building along with gutters and downspouts on all sides, as well as the addition of facia and soffit on one side and the replacement of one door. All work shall be done in accordance with standard construction practices related to vinyl siding installation and as identified in the US Vinyl Siding Institute's Vinyl Siding Installation Manual. Remove and dispose of existing siding on the South and West sides of building. 2. Install 3/4" sheets of insulation between 1" thick batten strips 16" on center on the South and West sides of the building. 3. Side the South and West sides of the building with new vinyl siding to match existing siding on the North and East sides. 4. The West side of the building, also known as the back, will require new facia and soffit to match existing facia and soffit on the building. 5. The South side, also known as alley side, will require the replacement of an existing 36" exit only door. 6. The South (alley) side of the building will require new gutters and downspouts. 7. Existing gutters and downspouts on the North, East, and West sides of the building will be replaced to match the new gutters and downspouts installed on the South side. 8. Clean-up and disposal of all debris will be the responsibility of the contractor. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 5/31/2023 4:00 PM
