The Board of Education of Mount Pleasant Central School District reserves the right to waive any informality relating to a specific bid or in the bidding process; to waive what it deems to be technical defects, irregularities and omissions relating to a specific bid; to request additional information from any bidder; or to reject any or all bids and to advertise for new bids Doc.Note- This deposit for the Bid Documents is refundable in accordance with the terms in the Instructions to Bidders to all submitting bids.
